What I am looking for is a structure (not a doublewide trailer) which would be assembled prior to delivery, placed on a prepoured foundation, and then hooked up to utilities with a minimal amount of on-site work needed to be done prior to occupancy.  

Which all variables one should consider for a well thought out cost plan so that it serves purpose in per-construction to delivery/handover stage as well.
