Since my units are not instagram worthy, I'm not able to charge rates anywhere near what I would need to make the extra work involved with STR financially worth it!

Looks like the line items are being charged as if they were being performed in a bubble independent of other work at minimum trip-charge rates.

I get if it is a high maintenance tenant or a house with a lot of problems, but the former is their problem as they placed the tenant.And while charging one month's rent to find a new tenant (I hope they don't charger that for a renewal) seems high, I know others who do that.

Sure there are plenty of low-income areas that are pretty rough around the edges: Federal Heights, Commerce City, Athmar Park, Westwood, Montbello, Gateway, parts of Thornton etc... the list of not-very-nice areas is actually quite long but there's really nowhere I wouldn't feel safe going into like you find in most other big cities, except maybe LoDo at 2am when all the bars are closing down and the streets fill up with drunken bros, or the parking lot of Mile High Stadium after the Broncos lose to the Chargers. 

His word should be rock solid on those types of things, not "Will this Dewalt battery work in the Rigid charger I bought 6 years ago?"

I have not seen any “win” on the side of the politicians or the ordinance itself...if anything I’m waiting to see how “lost” the battle has to become before those who are leading the charge realize the damage they are doing to themselves and their cause.
