If you have not read it yet, I would recommend the book “First to a Million" by BiggerPockets author - @Dan Sheeks

While the article does make some great points the author is coming at it from the wrong angle... and is a bit extreme in his beliefs (if you read the comments thread).I certainly don’t view it as an investment, but a place to store cash that can be leveraged while still gaining interest.

If so, they could change ownership of LLC to you and add you as authorized to get mortgage info.You would buy it subject to the existing mortgage.

Get an agent complaint from the licensing authority and then you spend days, weeks, time, money fighting the complaint vs focusing on the business.Also in places like Keller Williams you can get paid profit sharing not only on the profits of the agents you personally recruit, but on their efforts as well, around the country and around the world.

According to immigration law, I'm not authorized to work for unsponsored employer currently, which includes myself in this case if I start my business on the side.

So, anything we don't have to pay to the Dominican Republic tax authorities (the tax exemptions), we have to pay them to our home tax authorities because those exemptions don't apply.

You can list your property at the local Housing Authority and I think some have an online database of rentals, but we've never used that.
