I'd be shopping for RE like @Jason Wray mentioned and attempting to house-hack.

However, expenditures incurred in the attempt to acquire a specific business do not qualify as start-up expenditures because they are acquisition costs under § 263.

Buy everywhere, except stay away from props off Superior east of Eddy Rd, and certain areas down Harvard and Miles, However do not even attempt to if you do not have a team in place, it will not end well.

But for fully virtual showings, every attempt has been a horrible failure.

These homeowners also are attempting to cash flow their home over pretty rough mortgage terms. 

THEN, when I did my once a day attempt at calling the 4th day, they BLOCKED my number!!!

There can be gold in knowing their social handles, both for screening prior to approval and to attempt contact if they disappear. 

We even attempted with Rently and they simply fell apart on us.
