I see Victorville, Hesperia, and Apple Valley as great investment locations with affordable prices and competitive rents.

Also I was trying to get my own comps on an older 3/2 ranch,but most the properties around it were newer or larger.Whats the best way to compare oranges to apples for lack of better words.

They also give you a list of questions to ask the bank when you are qualifying which product is best for you (so you can compare apples to apples).
