'Truthful hyperbole' lol. 3 years (at least used to be) the limit banks would allow a LO to be before they considered it a disguised sale and could potentially activate the due on sale clause.

Alos, I haven't seen them but I believe there some co.s that actually install "private" meters to separate utility usage among multiple tenants on a shared utility.

I hired loan officers and still had to train them.So far, I've not found a LO in a bank that would be allowed to do a seller financed deal, haven't searched that hard but I doubt they will as it's a liability without any funding or upside for the bank other than fee income and there issues with providing outside services of bank operations.
