My advice is to call other parks/mobile home movers/mobile home parts stores/google.

Regarding finding a used mobile home, you can start by building relationships with mobile home dealerships and mobile home movers.

I am seeing some big increases on Hammond property taxes, and it is becoming a needle mover in regards to me making offers.

I'd live there for a year or two, move, rent it out, and repeat.

You may want to pay for movers to pack them up, given the mess.If you plan on getting the work done and rerenting it soon, it could appear that you are pushing them out, so watch that. 

I never expect it, but sometimes it comes back around through the relationships I've made.Outside of my own experience, it seems like the biggest movers and shakers are those who also focus on their network, friendships, meet ups, the community, and try to add value.  

As it relates to filling up the park with homes, here are all the ways we have explored, from least amount of effort to the most:Advertise free lot rent for a year if they bring their own home into the park Work with the dealers who have showrooms and offer them an incentive to sell you their used trade-insWork with MH sales people who specialize in the sale of MH only (many times they will be dealers as well, but focused only on used homes)Network with MH movers who often times know of used homes that could be availableNetwork with wholesalers who flip MH (be aware of homes in parks with this, as most often the park will have first right of refusal and you cannot remove it from the park.
