We expect to see more of it down the road as the city finally grows into its own more and more as we cement our importance in the warehousing and distribution industries (along with biomedical device industry, interestingly enough) but that shouldn't be an immediate consideration.As people are pointing out: cashflow seems to take priority early on to amass a larger portfolio to roll into more stable investments eventually.

Also, it's easy enough to remove the toilet and vanity/faucet but he'd have to cover it up with cement and he assures me that if i ever want to add the bathroom back, breaking up the cement to get to the piping would be easy enough.
