Never had any problems yet but the letters I have sent I always put a disclaimer like you mentioned I also put if the property is currently listed they should keep working with their agent so if they bring it to their agent it won't look like I am trying to steal the listing.

The lender is going to lose money, they need to get Broker Price Opinions to make sure someone isn't trying to "steal" the property.

As such, I didn't steal the property but paid just about replacement cost ($30ish per square foot).

If you can steal the deal and there's huge value add it may be worth the risk.

So it’s ok for a perspective tenant to expect a landlord/home owner, tonallow a stranger into their house but not ok for a home owner to ask who they are letting inHmmm I think I will risk losing the people who are afraid of being scammed instead of risking bodily harm or allowing someone to case my home so they can come back later and steal the appliances 

Steal the money if you have to but always pay on time or I will evict.

I think it was the book "The Millionaire Next Door" that coined the phrase stealth wealth.

northrop grummond was just awarded a $60B stealth bomber contract, so i would look at SFR's that would appeal to middle income tenants that will be coming to the area.  6000+ new jobs will be a nice boost to the area, especially to SFR rentals. 

It might also help to protect from the online rental scammers who hijack ads and steal the photos for phony ads.
