The founders asked themselves what would make it a 5 star experience, and then kept asking.  

We get emails all the time from those that don't run all the numbers and have stars in their eyes over what appears at first to be a huge spread.Have you run all the numbers?

My tendency is to want to help him along by making sure he knows our goals give him a chance, but he's not a rock star.

I googled both of the companies that were sent to the property and both of them had 1 star reviews and their telephone lines went straight to voicemail and never returned one of my calls. 

I would like to get together with a rock star appraiser to see what they value the most when analyzing properties.I heard Brandon and David say "finding your why" is super important.

I would discount the property until you get 5 or so 5 Star reviews. 

Killz Oil base will do the trick well  make sure to have lots of air flowing and use respirator while you paint I was seeing stars after painting a closet with killz.

She or he better be a rock star!!!
