I believe Gary Indiana will become a logistics hub as we have all 4 major forms of transportation with a ton of easy access empty cheap land to these transportation outlets and we need to focus not just on housing but on parks and the college and the airport and roads and industry and resorts on the beach and fun and culture and creating sustainable jobs and reasons for people to move to the city.

Based on our own statements, it sounds like you two are not morally in tune so IMO you have to wonder if you can have a sustainable partnership (does not mean you can't do this deal).

Though I found a pretty good builder from what I can tell, the overall costs are just way too high to sustain a duplex build and come away with anything in the black...
