LOL.. luckily I sold those when I had massive loss carry forwards in 2010 to off set them.now I know why guys that get into aircraft keep buying bigger and better jets.. recapture would kill them.

I do not understand why some enterprising individual has not offered there services to landlords to strategically "remove" these tenants.There must be some morally flexable landlords that would be interested in paying less than 100K to get these people out.

But at the end of he day you just don't walk into the cockpit of an airplane and fly away your first day.. it takes in many cases years to get the knowledge and experience to move up to different aircraft.. same with real estate.
