All of this means one thing-if the conditions warrant creative deals but you are able to put these deals together, then you could be doing many deals.Unfortunately, creative financing isn't well understood by most and as a result sometimes gets a bad rap.

I really wanted to start with as little money as possible, in part to really learn the process and in part because I was nervous about spending money before I understood, but I also wanted to be sure I was taking action. 

In general a CPA is not required or has limited requirements to take tax courses, but it is understood in the profession that you will need to take continuing education courses in the areas that you will be practicing.

If the sellers really understood what is happening they would not go through with it.If you are capable of buying and sign an EM and decide to pass that along to someone via assignment that is a little different too.

It was great because HE was wholesaling in 2011 and understood everything that I was doing.
