I have a 30 mile drive to the office ever day and drive by numerous houses that appear to be in foreclosure. all the tell tale signs, tall grass, signs in the windows stating its been winterized or a lockbox on the door. some of these have been this way for years with no realty signs indicating it's REO. any idea how I find this out and maybe start negotiating with the bank?

You can get on list from some of the larger commercial brokerages such as Marcus and Millichap, Apartment Realty Associates, Hendricks and partners(I think the name has changed), CBRE, ect. 

I've had a good experience with Frank Weston at Lakeside Realty.

I have a meeting to speak with the broker of a local realty companty (RealtyUSA) tomrrow about my options once i've compleated my course.

@Charles Thomas Solid Source Realty was started by an investor who couldn’t find a broker who was okay with her 50+ rentals so she started her own brokerage which now has 1000’s of agents.
