I initially thought I’d be ok with having a duplex that’s older and a bit run down in order to purchase at lower prices, but after my first tour of a property like this, I had second thoughts and established I should be more open to newer/more expensive (and safer) properties as I’d potentially be living without my partner.

., what I like about the properties on Williams & Williams as opposed to courthouse auctions is that 1) since they already went through the sheriff sale process, the buyer is assured of the property being released of any and all liens, 2) you have an opportunity to tour and inspect the property before bidding, and 3) you have 30 days to close, which allows you time to line up financing.  

I love having the vacation rentals but you become almost a tour guide of sorts to be at the top of the game because really this too is a competitive market.

You can schedule a vacation, fly to the ships location, land, hop on board, and tour the coast of SE asia, for example, by luxury of cruise ship for a few weeks.

Since all the TV gurus basically use the same fulfillment companies to work the backend of their business.They are all he same... they all market the same starting with TV and RAdio .. for the free seminar in your town.. then the 3 day course ( which cost )  then the upsell to the big events were they do bus tours etc.. and there is turn key product available for the folks to by..
