We're coming from Germany, and really looking forward to getting back to the PNW to enjoy all of the people and outdoor/coastal activities -- plus I am a lifelong Seahawks fan!

My partner Stephanie Schaeffer is a real estate agent at Royal Lepage Niagara and we are running an outdoor movie night called Films to Fight Hunger Saturday night.

We plan on listing in late January/February, so we opted to schedule the exterior tasks (for curb appeal) immediately (exterior painting, exterior lighting, windows), so that the exterior of the property is presentable before we reach freezing temperatures.

Further, I've seen some data that indicate that townhomes with sufficient outdoor space could begin to meet demand from demographic segments that are generally considered to prefer single family detached products (families with children, etc). 

From the fishing to the hiking, the outdoors is HERE! 

At the very least there will be no airflow through the furnace and it will shut down on its high temperature safety controls.

I'm looking for guidance on structuring an impact investment to purchase a ~16 acre farm in Oregon ($800,000) for a local school to use as an outdoor education facility and produce farm.
