I was wondering if anyone has signed up for the premium membership to list their props and if it has made any impact on their application rate?

One phone number, one business card, one set of signs, one membership to civic organizations, one credit history, one name on all office supplies, the list goes on.I had a lending company, construction and rehab, a capital company, a leasing and sales company and all was a huge PITA, it could have been accomplished under one Series LLC, if Mo. had the Series, we don't!

They wanted to make things right by adding another package to my membership which I don't even use.

I did sign up for membership at a local REIA.

The only time you hear from anyone at Lifestyles Unlimited is when they want more money to renew your membership.  

Is it a yearly membership? 

In order to have access to this analytics tool you have to pay around $1,300 for a membership.

I have some free capital and a membership to ABP.

They are prescription-based and the monthly memberships are very cheap (under $30/month) and for your membership fee they connect you with a law firm in your area and you are able to talk to someone about your particular issue and possibly come up with a workable solution.

Spend a few dollars and get the PRO membership.
