Our crazy tenant must be housing  refugee kids running around while having nightly concerts in our condo.....Condo Assn, want's our asses speared.landlord downstairs wants us crucified.downstairs tenants are extremely unhappy.Now, we've already given the tenants the last 60 day NTV.....BUT we're getting WORSE noise complaints and pretty much death threats from all of the above....What's my options now??

It also is at a three way stop sign junction so there will be constant road noise.  

In report, they found the water dripping noise and some rotten wood between bathroom and kitchen wall.

I am comfortable with my decision because I can grind and suck it up for 2-3 years to be in a much better position long term.

I have also sold over $2 mil of real estate on the realtor side of the house ~ It's been a grind, but I love it!

How do you deal with internal conflicts among tenants (cleanliness in common areas, noise, etc.)Any other comments/info would be greatly appreciated!

I also consider tenant behavior: do they pay on time, lease violations, noise complaints from neighbors, etc.
