Wholesaling in Utah

As a new Real Estate Investor and building my team up, I have heard that it is useless to try and wholesale here in Utah. Would any of our local REI, that are experienced in wholesaling in Utah like to share their thoughts and experiences on this?

I have 3 leads on properties from motivated sellers that I am looking at putting under contract, however I wanted to try and wholesale them or partner up with some investors and getting creative with financing. What are your guys thoughts?

Ana, we are all desperate for good deals. If you take your time and resources to find them you'll be able to find an end buyer. I think whole selling can be done you just need to know your numbers. I get tons of emails each week with different wholesale "deals" I would never touch. If you want to add me to your list for cash investors (it's really hard money) I'm always looking and have some aggressive goals this year to hit.
