You are dealing with a group of people who are fundamentally stupid, and tripping them up is ridiculously easy.An ex tenant of ours had a fictitious lawyer call us up, threatening all sorts of things.

That said, if you believe anti-discrimination ordinances are fundamentally "anti-landlord" yet at the same time think you don't hold prejudices against certain groups of people, this may be a time for some introspection and soul-searching.
