You be surprised towns that may have been so-called "not on the map", but once the word is out what renters can rent for their funds and they live in a town that is nearby or even a bordering state that is in a higher bracket; the word gets around and in time rental properties become in high demand.

If he finds someone who is qualified or on the border, then he can present them to me and I can make the final decision.It was my understanding though that in the state of KY though he must present me with all the information and I have to go through it and say yes or no, even if they are obvious candidates for rejection, due to state laws.Joel Owens, his wife makes most of the income outside of his business as it stands, he has just kept a part-time job on the side delivering pizzas for the past 2 years.
