there are a lot of facets to this, and most people will concentrate on one, but the greatest success will probably lie in a combination. that doesn't mean you won't have a conecentration on a certain technique, but you're ready for other opportunities that present themselves.

There are many good areas to invest in, but unfortunately there are some areas of high concentrations of drug addicts, just like anywhere else.

The majority of these will underwrite Park Owned Home income and higher concentrations of RVs and park models to push leverage, while still getting aggressive with pricing.

Why concentrate on $4/click if it doesn't generate anything?

As far as specific areas "you should concentrate on" I can say to spread out.

Why not concentrate on building your business and showing a positive attitude. 

This may work better with FSBOs who may not understand how weak the offer is, so maybe concentrate on them.  

Don't count nickles and dimes, concentrate on controlling time and large chunks of money.

For now I'm going to concentrate getting the NC brokers license and do that on the side until I feel I have the knowledge to do it full time.
