Nonetheless, would definitely like to bounce some ideas with an experienced land developer.

If the mail gets bounced back, then send to the property address.  

I have found a possible property but I'd love to have someone to kind of 'bounce my idea's' off of.. 

If on the other hand, you have to find potential investors first then it's a different story since you don't have anyone to bounce the offers off at this time.

The plan B if the RE market goes soft and I am not able to invest, is to get still save up cash for the market to bounce back.

I've been bounced around for months with them only to find out that the paperwork I sent multiple times before has been there, etc...nightmare.

That may have only been relevant to the Carlson School or the tax program but it is worth double checking.Internships are good experience but the level of understanding you have after working in your field for 5 years will be considerably more than for someone who has been bouncing around or keeps kicking through school. 

I would guess there are as many people who bounce from one seminar to the next without ever getting started as there are people who jump in without having the proper knowledge.
