The area is always expanding the business district as well as downtown, from Access to low cost regional talent, competitive real estate cost, strong work ethics and excellent facilities for sports, shopping, leisure and healthcare.

However, Cleveland has had significant economic diversification with development in healthcare, higher education, and technology sectors.

Selling now simply rips the band aid off quickly so you can focus on other opportunities. 

I have a situation/question I hope i can get some wisdom on to aid in somewhat of a hurtle in investing into longterm/larger deals... 

If you look up your state's landlord/tenant laws, there are usually legal aid numbers you can call or the actual department in charge to speak to someone about both the painting and the deposit.  

Don't drink the kool aid.

I researched online and the site said it's okay to ask for "reasonable medical documentation from a health care provider that confirms the existence of the disability and the need for reasonable accommodation."

I do t see why you couldn’t hire legal aid anywhere but might be easier in the area where the property is in the event they need to go to court for you. 

Also regarding health insurance this may be a time to look into high deductible plans that qualify for health Care savings accounts.Unfortunately insurance is expensive.

Traveling healthcare professionsals, people coming out of town for medical treatments that may last weeks or months.
