The main heat is a gas type stove, not a cooking stove but a fireplace type and the other bedroom has electric heat.

Hi,I was considering but did not bid on tax certificates in Cook County, Chicago.

This home is in Cook County Illinois.    

Looking outside of cook county might make more sense.

One of my mentors, Steve Cook, used to submit contract with no contingencies accept for financing.

The previous owner developed a drug problem, went to jail a few times and in her absence her business partners cooked meth, busted out doors and windows, homeless folks slept in it and so on. 

@Chris Baxter we're insured with Cooke Insurance, as far as I know they do larger MF as well, could be wrong though

I dont have much money to offer only some as a down payment on a place but not a huge monthly amount i can however cook, clean, and watch your children if you have any I was a nanny for 2 almost 3 yrs after i graduated highschool 2 yrs early and before i got pregnant but now i cant do it with the family i use to because i moved out of city and have no car, but i will watch your kids full time if needed as well as cook and clean for a place to stay.

Hey @jordan - In Illinois and specifically Chicago / cook county you never know what is going to happen with property taxes.
