There's a little more going on in Warren job-wise (GM tech center, FCA plant, etc).

I'm gonna plant the seed.

But the second year all the seeds I planted started to show results and I turned my part time gig into a nearly full-time second job selling almost 30 houses in 2015.

Plus the local community to that house is building a new biodiesel plant which is offering a large influx of jobs (250 already jotted) and the current population is only 9k.

Infrastructure is expected to be functional as designed.6) When it comes to tenants, believe NOTHING you hear, and half of what you see. 7) Establish and maintain an appropriate reserve fund, after assessing the physical plant and developing a long term PLAN.8) You can be friendly with tenants, but don't MAKE friends.

I would also consider the much higher insurance for hurricanes and tropical storms.  

Whether it be sand, a rusting water tank, stuff missed by the water treatment plant, ect.
