How Far (miles) would you go?
In my area, homes are very expensive. Well... very expensive to me at least. I cannot afford to buy a 2nd home in my county, lets put it that way. But if I'm willing to drive 1.5-2.5hrs I can start to find homes that are more in my price range for rehabbing, rentals, etc.
My concerns are, if I buy a house 2hrs away to use as a rental........ What a pain it could become! :violin:
What are your experiences with this type of situation? Is it worth it?
