I love the Nolo Press books.  

Basically, we have a printing press where we can double the money of the 501(3)c every year.

Im hearing that if I am far behind my goal is should either  press on because there's plenty of time,  or scale back the goal.  

I think if you're pressed to even make the mortgage payment then yes of course having that extra $100/month put towards the mortgage would be foolish..

If you really want to call that speculation, you can, but I you will be hard pressed to hit any home runs if you cannot think outside of the box a little bit.  

A particular certification I should look into, software I need to learn, book you might suggest - those kinds of elements.Thanks As far as management, I loved the CA landlord book by Nolo Press.

I on the other hand would like to get things finalized by May 1...his old lease has NOTHING, in terms of requiring lease renewal (or non-renewal) notices either.I am thinking instead of further pressing for his renewal, may be I should just let him know that if we don't get the lease renewal executed by May 1, I intend to advertise the unit openly, and after that, he would be treated just like any other applicant, and if someone else gets a lease signed, he would have to move.Am I being unfair? 

If pressed, just say your apartment is not Section 8 Compliant and that's it.
