And remember these are low value assets so not much is at risk.. if it tanked the bank would have judgements against the borrowers and collect from them.. they would look at the asset as just a piece of the collection effort.

I'm glad to see the whole thing about all the pardons and clemencies he issued while governor is finally coming out.This is really going to show his poor judgement.

How would a judgement awarding say, $1MM,  affect Tom the original property owner who had a tenant successfully sue him?   

Apparently the judgement is not on the property bu on any Jason Miller in St.

The states are allowed to charge a registration fee, but they are not allowed to pass judgement or restrict the offering in any way, not even to residents of their own states.

The one thing I would do if I was relying on my "partners" advise and expertise,,judgement if the numbers to put the deal together.  

And the city, after being investigated, or being stupid enough to fight the DOJ in court, usually ends up paying a fine, with final judgement including having it's employees take a course in housing discrimination, literally.
