What is your intention with the property after it is renovated?

I see a number of economic development and community vitality initiatives initiated circa 2020, including a community master plan, the development of the MetroHealth complex and associated green space, the Community Housing Plan 2030, 25Connects, Mayor Frank Jackson's Neighborhood Transformation Initiative, and others.

You will see all over the classificados where people want section 8 housing, but not enough rentals to provide it.

I am worried that my property expenses will leave me in the red because of the current costly housing market.

They can also sue you for damages if they incur temporary housing costs, feel you discriminated against them, etc.

Interest is low on the house and has a great cash flow, always has been.

This house is not updated.

That is why club houses, fancy mailboxes, flag poles, paved roads and beautiful signs are not to be considered.
