Its just a never ending cycle and although the city is starting to get it together, no one is going to move into the city when crime is sky high, your neighbor shoots off guns and yard look like a jungle.Now I do have 1 young girl who pays and mows the grass but its like finding needle in a haystack, it almost seems like the tenants that look the best are the worst!

So do a girl a favor and tell me about your worst deal and how you laugh at it now.

I would not do it accusingly, just matter of factly, along with your other expectations and requirements.

And I wouldn't attack or accuse her, like implying she's the problem.

Even though the lease states we are not responsible for that.The girl moved in and is proving to be a little crazy. 

She was upset and apologized to the girls, however, now it seems she has an ax to grind and literally calls the police for every little thing they do!!!
