Many of our parents and grandparents are in that demographic and I suspect most of the serious RE investors on BP will also be there eventually, if not already.I like to think of wealthy old people as the ones who have contributed more to the country's development than anyone else.

This is a really weird one where everyone is underwater on their mortgage by 50k+, demographics are changing, and foreclosures are plentiful.
