For high-end rental properties, where do people find window treatments (blinds and curtains) at a reasonable price?  

The alternative to get a higher response rate though is to send blind copy marketing and just take them through your regular sales funnel (e.g. conversation, contract, close).

Most respectable commercial lenders/mezz/bridge guys wouldn't blindly fund a minority position in a property without knowing everything about the partnership.

My fear is that if i do sell and have that money, i wouldnt be able to find anything that would cash flow as well and ultimately be throwing away a great investment because i got blinded by the big $$ signs.

Im replacing windows at several flips and dont have curtains or blinds and will be having new appliances delivered and want to protect my investment (the entire rehab not just the appliances).

Does anyone remove the curtains or blinds?
