What should I put on Yellow paper for forclosure homeowners?
I’m looking to approach foreclosure homeowners. But what do I bring up when I talk to these homeowners? I’m also thinking of doing mailers; I’ve heard of the “Yellow Paper” method, but what do I mention, advertise, say, etc. on it? Any tips?
