I will definitely try Rene but I’ve looked into it for the last few months and the housing crisis in Ireland is very bad atm, and have been for the last 10+ years, houses are ridiculously overpriced in all areas of Dublin with very high property tax and the price of houses increasing every year by 4%, these are just some of the reasons I want to venture out in virtual wholesaling in America where I believe there is more opportunities for cash buyers as there’s also a reported low amount of cash buyers for any type of real estate in Ireland
