I have had leads slip through my fingers because I don't speak Spanish. 

Or when you don't meet your own expectations and then they can point a finger and say "see I told you so"For example when I first started working at the company I am in now. 

@Joe Gore Hello Sir.I have read several of the threads relating to skip tracing companies and you seem to have a pretty good finger on who's the best provider, I.E. direct from credit bureau.Currently I am subscribed to Intelius, and the rate of accurate phone numbers sucks, sucks bad.What is your success rate with utilizing the credit bureaus for obtaining cell numbers, as most folks no longer have a land line?

That alone will reduce both overhead and finger pointing.After you get into more projects, you'll develop relationships with different contractors, and you'll see each ones' strengths and weaknesses.
