People call them "tall and narrows" or something like that.

@Andrew OladipoThat is a tall order to buy a property with violations and that needs a full rehab in Chicago.

Eric Hrlbock I agree it's a rough area but my first building had a number of shootings out the front door and it's all mustaches and horn rimmed glasses now.

I've been in the fast food restaurant business, which is very tough, so I'm not going into this with rose colored glasses.

Also, consider using a good glass company instead when the window doesn't need to be completely replaced.

I see the glass as half-full.

He is probably just another green wholesaler like yourself that was told this same tall tale by someone else.
