Unless you have a wife who either doesn't work or works p/t or a realtor or somehow else in real estate profession and can claim "real estate professional" status, you're out of luck.2) if you have a high paying job, then concentrate on continuing to make the money through it and invest passively.

Might have to consider exiting that market and concentrating somewhere that will work better with your needs. 

I am hoping that I will be able to quit my job before long and concentrate solely on Real Estate investing.

I decide to concentrate as listing agent.

I recommend a property management company that concentrated solely on property management and sales are only secondary for their clients portfolios only.

I travel 16 miles to my off-sight office a couple of days a week & pass at least 7 of these facilities & they all seem to be full.Two of them concentrate on teaching a Montessori experience to the preschoolers & they both have waiting lists.
