A large building like that concentrates too much risk in one property where for the same money down you can split out into different asset types in the local market for triple net or own buildings in various markets to diversify.The links listed are a few NNN companies.

Mark there are various methods you can use to get started,pick one,concentrate on that,develop the expertise for whatever direction you decide on and you will do fine.Our business is multi-faceted as i am sure you have found out.Expect late hours,a few bumps.The sky is the limit.Good luck,which is preparation meeting opportunity.

The ones I've seen are concentrated in a few blocks (but there may be more).The colors really POP and they are excellently kept up, meaning not some gang hangout.Maybe a peoples Pride thing, or one owner just likes this color scheme (branding) and keeps using it on rentals.Any knowledge or thoughts about it?
