I concentrate in California but have a national portfolio (acquired loans, not originated by us). 

You'll then have all invested on a single property so your risks will be concentrated.

I don't think it's realistic to concentrate on clients who are two hours away.

You should try and seek out a top producer in your area you are concentrating in and see if they hiring assistants.

The ones I've seen are concentrated in a few blocks (but there may be more).The colors really POP and they are excellently kept up, meaning not some gang hangout.Maybe a peoples Pride thing, or one owner just likes this color scheme (branding) and keeps using it on rentals.Any knowledge or thoughts about it?
