If you don't have the time and don't want to spend the effort there are turnkey providers that are vertically integrated who offer properties that are already performing.

It's free and has wonderful features... there's also a paid version which I began using this year, but none of the integral features are lacking from the free version at all...

I think his best days are behind him and I think he is probably going to have some pretty rough months years ahead on the legal front.Memphis invest is one of the oldest and most established turnkey companies in the US.. very well integrated in there form and function....

However, I was not aware of the greatschools one.Hard to tell usability without integrating with them.

(i.e. having a calendar that would link one trade to another trade so that the painter's schedule would automatically slide right on the calendar if the drywall guys needed 3 more days to let the mud dry because it's colder outside or something like that. 4) Office or Team Chat (Pretty much all have this built in.)5) Task Management that we can assign to users for the software. 6) Any other cool stuff that I'm missing that would be helpful.Basically looking for another Slack option or something that's integrated with Slack but lets us manage all the "stuff" in one place.
