Aside from the fact that it not even possible, except on a spreadsheet to execute, the concept of someone emptying their bank account and then taking their paycheck and dumping that into their mortgage every month is not something I can comprehend.

Also the vacant property I'm currently rehabbing I had trouble insuring because it was vacant, that is not a problem for them and they have 1M/2M aggregate liability coverage for each property which was something else I was having trouble getting before I made the switch.http://www.nreinsurance.com/(I have no affiliation with this company, I'm just a current and happy customer)
