Time is our most valuable asset, not money.

They would simply make a comment that they learned a valuable lesson.Watching my parents go through this time and time again just turned me off and it wasn't until some time ago (last 7-8 years) that I began to understand them and found out from my Dad what made them go from wanting to make money to more or less helping the less fortunate.Thank you for the welcome to BP.  

Experience guides me here based on whatever they are telling me when I do catch up to them.

Jerryll,If only Sysiphus had been pushing his rock up Mount Olympus using your footsteps as a guide he may have been able to join you at the top and become a flippin God, so I consider myself fortunate that I have someone like you at my disposal as I begin my journey , learning from your wisdom to prevent me from falling victim to slipping on monkey drool. 

While I'm not familiar with your situation we found it very valuable.

That may mean walking away without any cash but valuable lessons learned to apply to your future investing.
