Most of the time their upset price for owed amount + about 10k for attorney fees.

We literally see him on IG showing other houses, which is really making my wife and I pretty upset. 

I own some rental condos myself, and the last thing I recommend is upsetting the association and/or management by going behind their back on the leasing regulations.
