Both of ya beat me to it....LOLQuasim, that really looks to me like nothing more than an ad, and the don't contact the tenants call us thing, while common, is something I ignore......tenants never know why I'm around when I look for my dog and ask to use the phone.....anyway....if I ever have to deal with them I can always say it was an unusual find.....What are you doing, rehab/flips, holding, options...what?

Bill .. the house needs updating & and apperantly the water is holding fine.Ned.. we're not talking about a million dollar type of area and IMO indoor pool up in that particular area is unusual but hey what do I know about indoor pool??

Residential will kick up first, perhaps in the spring as it seems it has already strated in many areas.As to surveys, I saw one where the question was asked if the economy would get better under BO or Romney, BO got 46% and Romney got 42% which is pretty much along party lines leaving that 12%, +/- uncertain, seems there is not going to really be much difference between the two in the short term, couple more years, if any.
