I have gotten over 2k spam messages in my yahoo spam folder in less than 2 weeks..  

Are there any diy classes or even local clubs for diyers wanting to tackle projects like cabinet installs/dry walling..etc..etc apart from Home Depot?

There are so many people in the game now sending mail to the same lists that it's easy for the property owner to ignore as spam. 

Are investors really resorting to direct mail / spam / bandits to get decent deals? 

I was wondering if anyone is interested or had any ideas of where I can meet new and experienced re investors to team up on how to tackle this complex and exciting business opportunity.  

Hey @Basilio Torres and for anyone who is having the same problem.The case must be due to this: If you have EVER marked one of our emails (newsletter, verification...so on) as SPAM you will be marked as "blacklisted" and never receive an email from us again.

We're not here to spam you or sell you something.  

I do the legwork because of experience, capability and a higher than average risk quotient and am able to tackle deals most people can't. 

When you have done one or two of these jobs, then you will know if you truly like real estate and will be better equipped to tackle larger jobs.  

Elliott - why don't you work thus challenge "forwards" by learning how mortgages are foreclosed on in the market(s) that you wish to buy in before tackling lists.
