Finding Foreclosures

I believe that buying a foreclosure has the potential to yield great cash-flow but I live in Alberta Canada and cannot seem to find anywhere that advertises foreclosures.

Does anyone know where I could find this information in my area?

Elliott - why don't you work thus challenge "forwards" by learning how mortgages are foreclosed on in the market(s) that you wish to buy in before tackling lists. Learn the process, the timelines, the documents filed and/or recorded and the terminology.

Once you've invested some time in learning about these things, then (and only then) does it makes sense to me to be looking for and trying to work such deals. But that's just me. I started working foreclosures in 1978.
