These legal realities have been part of American culture since its inception, inherited from English common law, inherited from the Roman Empire.Get these people evicted legally, keep complaining ineffectually about the police, or do something really stupid and lose your shirt/go to The Big House.

These properties are sold as is where is, I have seen TONS of investors lose their shirts because they did not do their proper due diligence.You cant see inside the property.
