For me and my wife by our selves we cannot afford our neighbors shed, together we are extremely happy with our lending power.

I sold a property last year that had one, they were getting about $185 a month, heavy commercial & industrial neighborhood, on a one way street, in a City just outside of Boston...try Clear Channel, or also try calling commercial brokers or appraisers that may be able to shed some light on it for you...just my opinion !

I would appreciate it if the community here could shed some light on some of the mechanics.

Also, in the sellers disclosure they noted that a building (storage shed) was built over the property line.

So, if anyone could shed some light on the best way to enter that info into the calculator to get the most accurate results, that would be fantastic.And please let me know if there is more information needed or if I'm not making sense on any of the above.
