How to close in 7 days?
I see all the time on people's websites or on Craigslist..."we can close within 7 days or whenever you choose ". When buying all cash or using hard money (I am assuming that is what they are doing), how is a 7 day closing achieved? I am curious to know what the process is? Is it streamline by using cash or hard money or are they just finding professionals that just go very fast? Are they still doing title searches? I would appreciate it if the community here could shed some light on some of the mechanics. Thank you very much!
