And while I certainly worked hard, I wouldn't have traded my cushy office, my big computer monitor, my nice lunch meetings, etc, for the work that a lot of Americans do for a fraction of what I was getting paid.Many Americans work twice as hard as I ever did and make a lot less money.

The main main thing I was after was how to setup multiple tenants in one building, reoccurring charges, and professional p&l statements.I still find myself using excel a lot though, but I love excel though.

All these metrics point to additional run up in prices so I would probably wait another year or two, in the mean time I would monitor those market metrics and look for a sell signal.But as I said earlier, I'm a buy an hold... so I haven't really put a lot of thought in market timing as a strategy.Cheers...

I went with no (I paid $99 for him to clear the pipe) and haven't had any issues since (I think the clog came when some other guys did some work prior using high pressure water to unclog the washing machine drain pipe as well as the first floor kitchen sink drain which they said was full of years of sludge but I digress).If this is a reoccurring issue I would find a roto-rooter guy who can get video of where the clog is coming from and have him document the location of the clog to show which unit the clog is coming from.

Best way is to go and visit, other than that monitor the MLS closely and you'll see patterns emerge.
